Patrick Lencioni’s model provides a framework for building and maintaining cohesive and performance driven teams. This model is the foundation, and we specifically focus on the connection between conflict, commitment and accountability. Some of the outcomes of this session include:

• Develop and practice a framework for gaining or re-establishing clarity and commitment to expectations

• Acquire skills and a process for giving and receiving effective feedback

  • Review the framework for providing effective feedback: constructive, directive and positive

  • Develop active listening effective questioning techniques to gain clarity

  • Understand how to gain commitment and agreement on next steps

• Learn and implement a four-step process to ask for accountability

Sharon Andrade has been leading and transforming teams for over 30 years. She found her passion for leadership and team development with The Effectiveness Institute where she spent eight years working with clients across industries to improve performance and employee engagement through training and development. She is a Certified DiSC facilitator, Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team® practitioner, Effectiveness Institute program facilitator, to include People Skills, Managing for Performance, and Leveraging Team Dynamics.

Before starting HLeadership in 2022, Sharon held executive roles: VP Sales at Staypineapple, a boutique hotel company, Senior VP of Sales at the publicly traded Red Lion Hotels corp, Area Director of Sales & Marketing for Hilton Worldwide and PNW Region Sales Leader with American Express Corporate Services.
