The Washington Association of County Officials offers a wide range of management and leadership training opportunities. On this page you will find videos and training materials covering customer service, supervisory fundamentals, performance management and much more.
Leadership with Dr. David Rock - Dr. Rock coined the term ‘neuroleadership’ and is the Co-founder and CEO of the NeuroLeadership Institute. The Institute is a 23-year-old cognitive science consultancy that has advised over 50% of the Fortune 100.
